Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. You may request a return for most new, unused items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be in its original, new condition: uncut, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will only cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Please note, Custom-Made products, Sale items, and Fabric Samples are final sale and cannot be returned.

We process orders year-round and ship to addresses worldwide. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be applied to international orders.

Our shipping rates are simple and transparent:

  • For orders $39 USD and over: We offer FREE Standard Shipping (5-8 business days).
  • For orders under $39 USD: A flat rate of $6.90 is charged for Standard Shipping (5-8 business days).

Craftsmanship Each fabric is a work of art, handcrafted by our skilled artisans. Due to the manual nature of our embroidery, slight and unique variations may occur, which are a celebrated part of the fabric's individual character.
Unit of Sale All fabrics are sold by the yard. Adding "1" to your cart equals one standard yard (36 inches / 91.44 cm). Multiple yards will be cut as a single continuous piece.
Ordering a Sample We highly recommend ordering a sample to see and feel the true texture and color firsthand. You can request swatches through our dedicated "Order Samples" page.
