xOverview "Impressionist Plaid" is an artistic fabric that reinterprets the visual effect of classic tweed with an innovative embroidery technique. It uses a special, soft, plush ribbon/tape to "paint" a hazy, colorful, and richly textured impressionistic plaid on a base fabric. This design is available in three highly artistic color palettes.
Design Inspiration Inspired by the timeless tweed jackets of Parisian couture houses and the capture of light and color in Impressionist paintings. The designer aimed to create a unique textile that possesses the rich color and visual texture of tweed, but with the lightweight and soft characteristics of an embroidery fabric.
Craft Details
Plush Ribbon Embroidery: The soul of this fabric. We use a special yarn/ribbon with an "eyelash" or "chenille" texture, applying it with all-over embroidery to create a unique, soft, and fluffy 3D pile.
Woven Color Effect: The tweed/plaid pattern is "painted" by meticulously embroidering different colored yarns in a crisscross pattern. This creates soft, blended transitions between the colors, mimicking both a classic woven textile and a pointillist painting.
Lightweight Volume: Despite its plush, full-bodied appearance, the fabric remains surprisingly lightweight with a beautiful drape, thanks to its special craft and airy base.

Autumn Forest: A rich and moody palette of deep purple, burgundy, orange, and black, full of a mature, mysterious autumn/winter feel.
Monet's Pond: A serene and artistic palette of various blues, teals, and purples, recreating the tranquil light of Monet's water lily pond.

We have a 7-day return policy. You may request a return for most new, unused items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be in its original, new condition: uncut, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will only cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Please note, Custom-Made products, Sale items, and Fabric Samples are final sale and cannot be returned.

Our shipping rates are simple and transparent:
- For orders $39 USD and over: We offer FREE Standard Shipping (5-8 business days).
- For orders under $39 USD: A flat rate of $6.90 is charged for Standard Shipping (5-8 business days).
