Professional Embroidery Solutions

Can you work from a physical sample or a digital design sketch?2026-05-11T09:01:09+00:00

We support two main modes:

Sample-to-Sample: You send us a physical sample, and we create a 1:1 replica. This is the most precise mode, ensuring maximum consistency in pattern and feel.

Sketch-to-Digitizing: You provide an AI, PDF, or high-resolution design, and our pattern makers digitally set the stitching. We will first provide a strike-off sample for you to confirm details and make adjustments before mass production.

Do you provide the base fabric, or can I supply my own?2026-05-11T09:00:24+00:00

We offer two options:

Factory Direct Sourcing: We have long-term partnerships with high-quality suppliers of mesh, satin, organza, and other base fabrics, ensuring that the shrinkage rate and physical properties of the base fabric meet embroidery requirements.

Customized Manufacturing (CMT): You can also send your base fabric directly to our warehouse. However, before mass production, we need to conduct tension and needle-punch tests on the base fabric you provide to ensure that it can support the preset embroidery density.

How is the embroidery service priced?2026-05-11T08:55:55+00:00

Embroidery pricing primarily depends on three factors: stitch count, complexity of the technique (whether it involves mixed or specialized embroidery), and the cost of accessories used (such as sequins, beads, and specialty cords). We typically provide an estimated unit price based on your sample; the final price will be based on the actual stitch count confirmed during the strike-off test.

What files are needed for digitizing, and is there a fee?2026-05-11T08:55:06+00:00

We accept AI, PDF, or high-resolution JPG files. Our digitizer will digitize the stitching based on the artwork. For newly developed patterns, we will charge a small digitizing fee. This fee will be fully refunded if subsequent bulk orders reach our minimum order quantity (MOQ).

Can you combine multiple techniques like 3D cording, sequins, and beads in one fabric?2026-05-11T08:53:26+00:00

Absolutely. We specialize in Mixed Heavy Craftsmanship. Using multi-functional specialty machines, we can integrate 3D cording, tape embroidery, sequins, and beadwork into a single design with precise alignment, ensuring a rich, multi-layered texture.

Can you develop custom embroidery patterns from a design sketch or photo?2026-05-11T08:52:51+00:00

Yes. Our in-house CAD team can digitize designs from high-resolution photos or sketches. However, for 100% accuracy in stitch density and “hand-feel,” we recommend sending a physical reference. We provide a Strike-off for your approval before proceeding to bulk.

Advanced Jacquard Weaving

Can you fulfill specific material or functional requirements for my fabrics?2026-05-11T09:18:57+00:00

Absolutely. Our core strength lies in our ability to deeply customize from the “raw material end” according to your design needs. Whether it’s adding specific specialty yarns to weaving or embroidery to enhance visual depth (such as luster and color variation), or adjusting the physical properties of the fabric (such as elasticity, thickness, and stiffness), we can achieve this by optimizing process configurations.

Any limits on pattern repeat size?2026-05-11T09:16:16+00:00

Our jacquard machines can handle a wide range of repeat sizes. We can process both regular continuous patterns and large-area positioning designs. Before you begin designing your layout, we recommend sending us a sketch first. Our technical team will confirm the most suitable weave width and repeat size to help you maximize fabric utilization and minimize cutting waste.

Single-sided vs. Double-sided: Which to choose?2026-05-11T09:15:51+00:00

This depends on your ready-to-wear design:

Single-sided jacquard: Suitable for styles that prioritize lightweightness and drape. Usually requires a lining, offering good value.

Double-sided jacquard: The fabric has texture on both sides, making it thicker and more substantial. Suitable for high-end coats or items that don’t require lining (such as scarves and cardigans). Can be used on either side, offering a more upscale feel.

Will the pattern deform during bulk production?2026-05-11T09:15:18+00:00

No. Because the pattern is woven directly into the fabric structure, rather than being added later. This “structural pattern” is very stable and has excellent shape retention. Whether during the finishing and ironing process in garment manufacturing or during the long-term wear and washing by the end consumer, the pattern can maintain its original shape and three-dimensionality.

How is the texture and hand-feel?2026-05-11T09:14:41+00:00

The allure of jacquard lies in its physical structure. By varying the weave density, we can create a distinct three-dimensional effect in the pattern. As for thickness, this depends on the yarn used. We can weave lightweight, breathable single-sided jacquard fabrics, as well as thick, crisp double-sided heavy-duty fabrics, to meet your diverse needs, from summer fashion to autumn/winter outerwear.

Can you weave my custom intricate patterns?2026-05-11T09:14:09+00:00

Yes. Our jacquard equipment supports high-precision texture development. Whether it’s delicate flowers, complex geometric patterns, or embossed brand logos, we can perfectly reproduce them through the interweaving structure of warp and weft threads. You can provide design drafts or physical samples, and we will match the most suitable weaving scheme for you based on the complexity of the pattern.

Precision Digital Direct-to-Fabric

Are there restrictions on the base fabric composition?2026-05-11T09:26:13+00:00

Our equipment is comprehensive and can handle the vast majority of base fabrics. Whether it’s natural fibers (such as cotton, linen, and silk), synthetic fibers (such as polyester and nylon), or various blended fabrics, we can match the corresponding professional processing solutions. Before you place an order, we suggest sending a small sample of the base fabric for color absorption testing to determine the best combination of processes to showcase your design.

How do you ensure precise pattern alignment?2026-05-11T09:25:46+00:00

We use a visual camera positioning system to automatically capture the edges of cut pieces or the texture of the fabric before printing. Whether your design requires patterns to be added at specific hem locations or to avoid certain structures, the machine can automatically calibrate and precisely align them. This not only ensures a high degree of consistency across the entire batch but also saves fabric waste during subsequent garment cutting.

What is the color fastness and durability?2026-05-11T09:25:17+00:00

Our direct-to-garment printing process meets the factory testing standards of top international brands. The fabric, after professional finishing treatment, boasts excellent wash resistance, abrasion resistance, and sun resistance. Even after multiple washes, the pattern remains vibrant and clear, without bleeding, fading, or cracking, making it ideal for high-quality fashion apparel.

Will the printing affect the hand-feel?2026-05-11T09:24:50+00:00

Absolutely not. Our direct-to-garment technology allows the color to penetrate and bind directly into the fibers, rather than being applied to the fabric surface. The resulting fabric retains its original softness, drape, and breathability, completely eliminating the “plastic” or “heavy” feel of traditional screen printing. Even on high-end fabrics like silk and high-count cotton, it maintains an extremely comfortable, skin-friendly feel.

How do you ensure color accuracy?2026-05-11T09:24:15+00:00

We use a digital color management system for calibration. Simply provide the Pantone number or digital original, and we can achieve extremely high color fidelity on our high-precision direct-to-garment printing equipment. For orders with extremely stringent requirements, we will first provide a color sample (Strike-off) for your confirmation, ensuring that the color saturation and detail in mass production perfectly match your expectations.
